Our brand is defined by a blend of delicate craftsmanship and intricate details, inherited from
timeless garments, paired with the inherent functionality of natural materials.
We strive to create pieces that are universal and comfortable, evoking a sense of ease while
enhancing the wearer’s natural beauty. Each item is carefully crafted with thoughtfulness,
warmth, and a commitment to enduring quality.

大塚誠之
1986年滋賀県生まれ。

大塚さおり
1985年京都府生まれ。

服飾専門学校卒業後、ファッションブランドのパタンナー、企画生産を経て2024年より「Kotan」をスタート。

デザイン、パターン、縫製
全ての工程を自らの視点で考え、
布と真摯に向き合い一点ずつ手仕事にこだわり製作しています。

Masayuki Otsuka
Born in 1986 in Shiga Prefecture.

Saori Otsuka
Born in 1985 in Kyoto Prefecture.

After graduating from a fashion vocational school, they worked as a pattern maker and in planning and production for a fashion brand. In 2024, they launched Kotan.
I approach every stage of the process—design,pattern-making, and sewing—from my own perspective, carefully working with fabric and crafting each piece by hand with great attention to detail.
